1. Pick-up and drop-off
Local pick up and drop off only.
※Depending on the beach, parking fees may apply.
2. How to contact us after booking a tour
The guide will contact you by email or phone when the reservation is confirmed.
The guide will contact you the day before the reservation date with details such as pick-up and meeting time.
3. About eligibility
Pregnant women, people with exercise restrictions from their doctors, and people under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to participate in the course.
If you have any other concerns or symptoms, please consult with us in the remarks column when making a reservation.
4. Cancellation of the course
The course may be cancelled due to weather (waves, wind, rain) or ocean conditions on the day of the course.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the store deems that the event cannot be held due to weather or traffic conditions.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the customer for any reason will incur the following cancellation fees.
・Cancellation up to 5 days prior to the tour: Free of charge
・Cancellation 4 days prior to the tour to 6 pm the day before: 50%
・Cancellation after 6 pm the day before or without notice: 100% of the tour fee
Please contact us at the e-mail address (or phone number) provided in the reservation confirmation e-mail for any change or cancellation of the tour.
6. Others
Please contact us for children under 3 years old.
Sunset tours are also available. We will offer you a memorable page of your trip to Miyako Island.
※Please note that we may cancel the tour after the reservation is made due to weather or other reasons.
※There are no changing rooms or showers. After the tour, we will provide water for you to wash off the seawater.
There are no restrooms nearby.
※If you use glasses, please ask us for a simple mask with prescription.
