Pick up and drop off will be at the site only. (Parking fee: approx. 1,000 yen)

3. Eligibility requirements
Pregnant women, people under medical supervision, and people under the influence of alcohol are not eligible to participate in the course.
If you have any other concerns or symptoms, please consult with us in the remarks column when making your reservation.
4.Cancellation of the tour
The tour will be held rain or shine. However, we may cancel the tour if we deem that the field is unsafe.
・If you need to rent a mask with prescription, there is an additional rental fee of 1,000 yen. Please contact us in advance.

・Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour.
・Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before gathering.
・Please use the restroom before coming to the tour. (There are no restrooms near the site.)

5. Cancellation policy
Cancellations for any reason will be subject to the following cancellation fees.
・Cancellation up to 5 days prior to the tour: Free of charge
・Cancellation 4 days prior to the event to 6:00 p.m. the day before the event: 50%.
・Cancellation after 6:00 p.m. one day prior to the tour or no-show: 100% of the tour fee
