1. Pick-up and drop-off
Pick up and drop off will be at the site only. (Parking fee: approx. 1,000 yen)
2. How to contact us after making a tour reservation
We will contact you the day before the tour to inform you of the meeting place and time.
3. Eligibility requirements
Pregnant women, people under medical supervision, and people under the influence of alcohol are not eligible to participate in the course.
If you have any other concerns or symptoms, please consult with us in the remarks column when making your reservation.
4. Cancellation of the tour
・The tour will be held rain or shine. However, we may cancel the tour if we deem that the field is unsafe.
・If you need to rent a mask with glasses, there will be an additional rental fee of 1,000 yen. Please contact us in advance.
・Please contact us in advance if you are visually or hearing impaired. Meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour.
・Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before the event.
・We do not accept participants who have been drinking.
・Please contact us in advance if you will be late.
・Please note that we will meet you at the beach on the day of the tour. Please note that parking fee (about 1,000 yen) will be charged separately.
・Please note that the rate of encounter with sea turtles is not guaranteed.
・Please note that the time of the tour may vary depending on the weather and tide level.
5. Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the customer for any reason will incur the following cancellation fees.
・Cancellation up to 5 days prior to the event: Free of charge
・Cancellation 4 days prior to the event to 6:00 p.m. the day prior to the event: 50%.
・Cancellation after 6:00 p.m. one day prior to the tour or no-show: 100% of the tour fee
