- The tour will be held rain or shine. The tour may be changed or cancelled depending on weather conditions or straits.
- If you are late, you may not be able to join the tour. Please contact us in advance if you will be late.
Reservation Cancellation Fee
Cancellation fee will be charged from 1 day prior to the tour date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation on the day before: 50%.
- Same-day cancellation: 100%.
- Cancellation without notice: 100%.
Cancellation of the tour If the tour cannot be held or is cancelled due to weather conditions or straits on the day of the tour, a refund will be issued.
However, 100% of the cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made by the customer.
