4. Cancellation of the tour
The tour will be held rain or shine. However, we reserve the right to cancel the tour if we deem the field to be unsafe.

5.Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for any reason will be subject to the following cancellation fees
・Cancellation up to 5 days prior to the event: Free of charge
・Cancellation between 4 days prior to the event and 6:00 p.m. the day before the event: 50% of the total amount
・Cancellation after 6:00 p.m. one day prior to the tour or no-show: 100% of the tour fee
