The most popular creature on a night safari tour is the coconut crab.

How to contact us after booking a tour
Our guide will contact you by phone (or e-mail) the evening of the day before the tour to inform you of the tour details.
Cancellation and Change of Reservation
The following cancellation fees will apply if you wish to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation fees will be charged even for reasons such as illness, death in the family, wrong reservation, availability of pick-up/drop-off, not desired weather (cloudy, rainy, etc.), meeting place being far away, etc.
1. By 2 days before: Free of charge
2. After one day before the tour: 100% of the participation fee
3. No show, arriving more than 10 minutes late: 100% of the participation fee
*No cancellation fee will be charged if you cannot join the tour due to force majeure, such as tour cancellation due to bad weather or flight cancellation.
*In case of cancellation due to a medical condition such as infection, we will not charge a cancellation fee if you send us the original medical certificate.

Notes
1. The exact meeting place will be announced at least one day before the tour.
If you would like to know the meeting place in advance, please contact our guides.
2. Children are charged the same fee as adults.
3. In case of bad weather, the tour may be cancelled at the discretion of the guide. Otherwise, please note that the prescribed cancellation fee will apply.
4. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour fee. Please contact us in advance if you are going to be late.
5. Starry sky photography is not included.
6. About the Full Refund Guarantee
If you wish to receive a refund, please be sure to inform our tour guide before the tour is dismissed. No refunds will be made after the tour is dismissed.
