Cancellation and Change of Reservation
The following cancellation fees will apply if you wish to cancel your reservation.
1. By 9:00 a.m. on two days before the tour: Free of charge
2. By 9:00 a.m. on the day before the tour: 50% of the participation fee
3. After 9:00 a.m. on the day before the tour: 100% of the participation fee
* No cancellation fee will be charged if you cannot join the tour due to force majeure, such as tour cancellation due to bad weather or flight cancellation.
