How to contact us after booking a tour
Our guide will contact you by e-mail at least one day before the tour to inform you of the tour details.
Cancellation and Change of Reservation
The following cancellation fees will apply if you wish to cancel your reservation.
1. By 5:59 p.m. 2 days before the tour: Free of charge
2. After 6:00 p.m. 2 days before the tour: 100% of the participation fee
*No cancellation fee will be charged if you cannot join the tour due to force majeure, such as tour cancellation due to bad weather or flight cancellation.

Notes
1. We are very sorry, but pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
2. Please note that we may cancel the tour after the reservation is made due to weather or sea conditions.
We may also decide to cancel the tour on the day of the tour.
Please contact our guide if you are concerned about the availability of the tour.
3. Normally you will not land on the water, but you may be splashed by sudden rain or boats.
4. Depending on the season, it may be colder at sea than on land. We recommend that you bring a jacket if necessary.
