Depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour, we will take you to the best available location. Meeting and dismissal times may vary daily, so we will contact you the day before the tour with detailed information regarding the meeting place and time.

3. Participation Requirements
- Pregnant individuals, those who have been advised by a doctor to avoid physical activity, and anyone under the influence of alcohol are not allowed to participate.
- If you have any health concerns, please mention them in the remarks section when booking.
4. Tour Cancellation & Important Notes
- The tour will proceed in rainy weather, but it may be canceled if we determine that field conditions are unsafe.
- If you have visual or hearing impairments, please contact us in advance.
- Meeting and dismissal times may change depending on the season and field conditions.
- Please arrive wearing clothes that can get wet.
- Restrooms are not available near the site, so please use the restroom beforehand.
- Participation under the influence of alcohol is not permitted.
- If you are running late, please contact us in advance.
- Since the best SUP location is selected based on the conditions of the day, the meeting point will be on-site. A separate parking fee (approximately ¥1,000) will be required.
- The schedule may change due to weather and tidal conditions.
- If sea conditions or strong winds make SUP unsafe, the activity may be switched to canoeing.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will apply as follows, regardless of the reason:
- Up to 5 days before the tour: Free of charge
- 4 days before – 6:00 PM the day before: 50% of the participation fee
- After 6:00 PM the day before or no-show: 100% of the participation fee
